We Retain Ownership And Copyright Of All Photos We Take With Our Services. Usage Is Granted Only To The Client, And All Others Must Secure Their Own Usage Rights From Us.

Photographs are to be used solely by the original commissioning party for the marketingof the subject property only. Original client may use the images in advertising (print oronline), social media, and any other channels to promote the property as long as theyare the advertised listing agent for that property. Usage by others to market/promote theproperty is not allowed. Other use or transfer of the images are not permitted.Photographs are not to be transferred, re-sold or distributed to any other parties for anyreason.Future listing agents, homeowners, contractors, service people (stagers, designers),etc. must purchase and/or request usage of these images from Jason WellsPhotography or Golden Gate Creative – 415-205-5094, jason@wellsnet.net
